Unlike other accommodations that advertise as "wheelchair accessible" (regular room with a ramped entrance), our suite was built solely for guests in a wheelchair. Every square foot was designed with accessibility in-mind. Each room has enough free space to maneuver and spin a wheelchair and all doorways are 36" wide with level entrances. View pictures of the wheelchair accessible accommodation on-line. The full size kitchen has lowered counters and a roll-under sink and cook top. Raised kicks accommodate wheels and cupboards feature drawers, pullouts and open shelving. The kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave/convection oven, cook top and coffee maker. It is always fully equipped with all the necessities of home. The cemented patio is private and pretty with table, chairs, umbrella and BBQ. |
